Every application is subject to identity verification, affordability assessment, supporting-document review, product requirements and final approval. Submitting an application or receiving an acknowledgement does not guarantee approval or payment.
Loan amount and repayment terms
Standard website applications are available within the displayed loan range. Selected higher-value enquiries may require enhanced information and separate review. The approved amount, annual interest rate, repayment period, monthly instalment, total interest and total repayment will be stated in the formal quotation or agreement.
Formal agreement
No website page, chatbot response, status message or email acknowledgement replaces the formal quotation and signed agreement. Applicants should read the complete agreement and verify the repayment schedule before acceptance.
Processing and payment timing
Same-day processing or payment descriptions are service targets for complete approved applications. Timing remains subject to verification, signed documents, internal processing and banking cut-off times.
Applicant responsibilities
Applicants must protect their login details and application reference, provide genuine documents, notify LENDTEL of material changes and use only the verified contact and payment channels formally communicated for their application.

LENDTEL may communicate through the email address, telephone number or WhatsApp number supplied by the applicant. Applicants should report unexpected or inconsistent communications through the verified contact details shown on the website.
